We are committed to making My Signage Portal more intuitive and enjoyable to use. These new user interface enhancements reflect our dedication to continuously improving the platform based on user feedback:

• Advanced Tagging System: Finding the right content in your media library is now easier than ever with our new tagging system. You can now tag assets with keywords and categories, enabling faster and more accurate searches.
• Resolution Limit Notifications: To help prevent potential software issues on a device you are publishing to, we have introduced a notification feature that alerts you when your content exceeds the template’s resolution limits.
• Expanded Template Options: Not only can you now create 4K templates, you can also create 1920 x 540 templates for our 37” Wide Stretch Displays. Additionally, we’ve added new 4K templates to “Step 1” of the “Rapid Publishing” function, allowing you to create stunning high-definition content that fits unique screen sizes and layouts in seconds. We will be expanding this with different types of template layouts and resolution options going forward.
• Classic Tab Functionality: We’ve brought back the classic tab function from our old design, along with improved sorting options. The familiar layout makes it easier to navigate the platform, while the ability to sort columns alphabetically adds more control and flexibility in managing your content.
