On-Site Support and Maintenance

Allsee offers you peace of mind with our 3-year commercial warranty, which can even be extended to 5 years, as well as our on-site support and maintenance services to ensure your digital signage solutions work effectively and efficiently. If it is a requirement for your project, service level agreements are available on request. This service is designed to minimise downtime and prevent issues from arising, so that your customers’ displays are running smoothly. If an issue does arise, our support and maintenance team will work quickly to diagnose the problem and take steps to resolve it. Should your display suffer from any hardware failure during the warranty period we’ll send you a replacement and collect your old display free of charge. If the display is larger than 55” or a freestanding model it’s covered with an on-site warranty. We can also help to ensure that your installation process is as smooth and efficient as possible. If necessary, we can provide a full installation service, this includes mounting the displays, connecting all necessary cables, configuring the displays and getting them online, cable management and removing and disposing of all unnecessary packaging.

Logistics Support

We understand that some projects can have unusually tight deadlines and with last minute orders it can be difficult to get an order placed due to stock issues, however at Allsee holding stock is not an issue. With our UK warehouse we hold more stock than any other manufacturer and can help you meet those tight deadlines with express delivery options. And, before any display leaves our warehouse, we conduct a thorough quality control check to ensure your display arrives in pristine condition for ultimate peace of mind.
